The best way to preserve your circadium rhythem is to get sunlight in the morning and avoid blue light especially at night. Blue light disturbes your circadian rhythem and causes a decriases the production of melatonin. Melatonin helps the body to fight cancer, diabetes, glaucoma, and hypertension.
An easy way to limit exposure to blue light is to purchase blue light glasses. You can buy them from $10 at Amazon.
Therefore, get your sun exposure every day in the morning and avoid blue light by wearing blue light glasses. At least wear them from 8pm until you go to sleep.
