The symptoms of diabetes are:

Frequent urination – When you have too much sugar in your blood, the kidneys cannot process it efficiently. Therefore, a ot of glucose is eliminated through your urine. At the same time a lot of other valuable liquids are eliminated. As a result, you have too urinate more frequently especially at night.

 Extreme thirst – the process above also causes dehydration so you are always thirsty.

,Dry mouth – Can also be a symptom of diabetes because of the dehydration.

Fatigue or Weakness – People with diabetes do not have the ability to use glucose for energy so they feel more weak and tired.

Increased appetiteWith diabetes, your body cannot convert food to energy so you are always hungry.

Unexplained weight lossWhen you cannot absorb blood sugar from the blood, you can experience weight loss.

Blurred vision – Diabetes can cause a severe drying of the eyes which can affect your vision.

Swollen gums – You may experience swollen gums or pus in the gums

Loss of sensation in fingers or toes – This could be caused by diabetes.
