To get the fastest results, you need to make sure that the treatment includes glucosamine and MSM along with vitamin B-12, hyaluronic acid, and Traumeel.

The procedure should start with an injection of Novocain to prevent pain. Then leaving the needle in, switch syringes and add the prolotherapy solution. Finally, attach the tube containing ozone.

It will take about 4 treatments, but you should feel improvement after about 2 treatments. The results should be permanent.
