In my first post, I explained my age-related macular degeneration problem (AMD).  At the first of the year, my eye sight had deteriorated significantly. My retina doctor said that a layer of the macula in my right eye collapsed. The result was that I now had a very difficult time reading, I could not drive, and I lost my depth perception. On the eye chart with my right eye, I could not eye the largest letter on the chart. The chart was blank.

In March, I started the Che-zone procedure. I continued it for about 3 months. Then I stopped the procedure and the shots in my eye.

For the next 4 months, I continued the immune system procedure, taking the vision supplements, oral chelation supplements, omega 3 supplements, and glutathione supplements. The deterioration in my eyes seemed to stop. When I went to the retina doctor last week in November, he said that my right eye was stable and my left eye had improved. I was very happy and relieved that my eye sight had stabilized.

The next day my ozone sauna arrived. It took 10 weeks to get it. I have adjusted my procedure to include the ozone sauna and EWOT exercise.

My new routine is to work on my immune system. I will take the normal vitamins and supplements for improving the immune system.

In addition, I will take vision supplements, glutathione supplements, oral chelation supplements, and saffron. I had heard that saffron had improved the vision in many AMD patients so I added it to my list.

Then every day, I will do my ozone sauna treatment and my EWOT exercises.

It has only been a week, but I think my eyesight is still at least stable and maybe even improving.

When I see my retina specialist again, I will post another report on how the ozone sauna and this procedure is working.
